YOGADEVOTION

TUESDAY EVENING HATHA YOGADEVOTION WITH SANDY CEDERGREN
Yogadevotion offers classes as a partner with healing ministries of St. Andrew’s Congregational Care Team. We invite all to move mind, body, and Spirit in awareness of God’s presence. No experience is necessary! Sandy Cedergren and Lisa Ender will lead you in the gentle, breath-guided practice. We offer two opportunities each week. Both are hybrid classes – you can choose to attend in person in the Great Hall Narthex or via Zoom in the comfort of your home.

- April 29 to June 17 (7 weeks, no session May 27)
- June 24 to August 12 (8 weeks)
Tuesday 6:30pm Hatha Yogadevotion with Sandy Cedergren

- March 5 to April 23 (8 weeks)
- April 30 to June 18 (8 weeks)
- June 25 to August 13 (8 weeks)
