Worship with Us

St. Andrew’s seeks to Proclaim Jesus Christ, Live in Christ, and Serve so that the whole world may know the power of Christ’s healing love. Rooted in our Lutheran identity, we’re diverse in opinion, but united in mission. We’re passionate about sharing the message of grace, energized by the Holy Spirit, centered in worship and prayer through Word and Sacrament, and welcoming all people into community.

PLAN A VISIT

SANCTUARY (Traditional Services)
To get to the Sanctuary building, you will want to veer right as you enter the church campus from Stillwater Road, then continue up the hill. Follow signs to Door 1 and enter under the “Welcome” sign.

GREAT HALL (Contemporary Services) & COMMUNITY RESOURCE CENTER
As you enter the church campus from Stillwater Road, take an immediate left toward the Great Hall parking lot and enter through the Community Resource Center, Door 6. For worship services and large events, Doors 7 and 8 may also be used.

YOUTH & SPORTS CENTER (Youth Events)
The Youth & Sports Center is located at 110 East Avenue. From Stillwater Road, head north on East Avenue (by the Holiday gas station) and take the first right into the Youth & Sports Center parking lot. Enter through Door 3.

There’s no formal dress code—come as you are! Whether you prefer cozy and comfortable, business casual, or something a little dressier, you’ll fit right in. Our community is relaxed and gracious, welcoming each person with warmth, not judgment. Wear whatever feels like “you.” You will fit right in!

TWO WORSHIP STYLES

Traditional Service (Sanctuary • Sundays at 9 & 10:30am)
Flow into a familiar rhythm of liturgy, hymns, choral and instrumental music, a thoughtful sermon, and Holy Communion.

Contemporary Service (Great Hall • Saturdays at 5pm & Sundays at 9:30am)
Enjoy dynamic worship with modern music led by The Gathering Band, Gospel-infused messages, and Holy Communion.

NURSERY & PRAYGROUND FOR LITTLE ONES
Families with little ones (Birth through Age 5) can relax knowing their kids are cared for in a Christ-centered, nurturing environment. Nursery services are offered during both Traditional and Contemporary worship services. If your child is more comfortable staying in services with you, but needs some entertainment to stay engaged, the Prayground is the perfect place for your family! Just look for the big blue “Prayground” circle sign in the Sanctuary or Great Hall.

ONLINE OPTIONS
If you’d rather join from home, both Traditional and Contemporary services are streamed live online at scheduled times at live.saintandrews.org or on YouTube @standrewsmn.

WORSHIP EXPERIENCES FOR EVERYONE
Whether you’re drawn to traditional structure or contemporary expression, both services foster community, encouragement, and spiritual connection—no membership needed or previous church experience required.

We strive to make St. Andrew’s a welcoming place for everyone. Our facilities are thoughtfully designed with accessibility in mind. Buildings feature step-free entrances, accessible restrooms, hearing devices and a Bluetooth listening system, and plenty of seating for those who need extra support. If there’s something you need or have questions about—such as parking, seating, hearing assistance, or restroom access—please don’t hesitate to stop at the Welcome Desk to get your questions answered. We’re here to help make your visit as comfortable and uplifting as possible.

ALL-IN WORSHIP

The first Sunday of the month, St. Andrew’s sets aside time to learn and worship together. These special services are designed to lift up the leadership of our whole congregation and engage all in the worship experience. Families and members of all ages will lead us in liturgy, readings, and song, as well as usher, greet, and serve communion. Often, a celebration of a Skipping Stone milestone is included in the service. Watch for more opportunities to be involved!

New this year, we’ll be going through the Bible together using the Narrative Lectionary. That means our readings during worship services are the same stories taught in Sunday School and other programs. Families are learning together!
