STEFAN ENGELS ORGAN WORKSHOP

Stefan Engels will highlight the music of 20th-century German composer Sigfrid Karg-Elert in a 2-day celebration of his vast works, Saturday, April 25 and Sunday, April 26. The workshop will be a deep dive into the historical and musical connections of Karg-Elert’s work. As an advocate, champion, and specialist in the German composer, Engels’ program will span the vast range of musical personality expressed by this renowned late-Romantic German composer and organist. Co-sponsored by the Twin Cities Chapter of the American Guild of Organists.
