A Community of Support

Life can be challenging, but you don’t have to walk through it alone. The pastors and care ministry team exists to reach out and share Christ’s love with people going through a difficult time. We welcome the opportunity to discuss how we can best support you. In addition to a caring ministry team, we can offer referrals to licensed counselors, resource centers and prayer.

If you would like to speak with a pastor, please call 651-762-9137.

  • Hospital Visits – congregation members and friends known to be hospitalized are encouraged to contact our pastoral care team so we may offer spiritual support and prayer.
  • Home Visits – If you or someone you know would like to be connected to our prayer visitation ministry following a hospitalization, during transitional care or on a temporary basis, please let us know.

Life Events

Baptism is a significant experience that formalizes entrance into the Christian church. We believe in baptism we claim our identity as God’s beloved child and celebrate the gift of the Holy Spirit. Baptism is  open to all ages – including older children, teens, and adults who haven’t yet been baptized. All are welcome!

Congratulations!  Marriage is one of life’s most rewarding and challenging relationships. We want every couple who gets married at St. Andrew’s Lutheran Church to get the most out of their relationship. We welcome both members and non-members to be married at St. Andrew’s.
We welcome any family that is seeking a Christian service for their loved one. Membership at St. Andrew’s is not required. Our staff is experienced and compassionate and can guide you through the basics of planning a service.

St. Andrew's Village

We are blessed to have St. Andrew’s Village, an adult community managed by Presbyterian Homes, located at the north end of our campus. We partner with staff and residents at the Village on worship, special events, congregational care and more.

Counseling & Support Groups

St. Andrew's offers a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist as well as other mental health resources and community events.

Recovery Groups & Grief

At St. Andrew’s, we walk with people in all seasons of their lives. We host regular Cancer Connect meetings to provide support and fellowship to cancer survivors, caregivers, and those with a loved-one with cancer. We’re also honored to host AA and Al-Anon recovery groups at various times during the week, open to all members of the greater community.

You may face insurmountable challenges, but you don’t have to walk through them alone. St. Andrew’s Pastoral Care ministry exists to reach out to members, friends and families of the church and community to share Christ’s healing love with all people.
