DESCRIPTION:Before and after Sunday worship services we’ll celebrate Caring for Creation\, with Guest Speaker Barbara Rossing\, Professor of New Testament and Environmental Ministry Coordinator at Lutheran School of Theology at Chicago. Her message to our congregation will be about the kairos moment we are in regarding the environment\, the world\, God’s own creation and masterpiece and the “why” it is important\, and the “how” we go about moving forward. Enjoy interactive displays for kids and adults in the Sanctuary’s Gathering Space and Fellowship Hall that will educate on environmental stewardship and sustainability choices for a greener life!
