Q&A about BSC

Q:  What is BSC?
A:  BSC (Bible Study Connection ) is a Bible study and small group experience.

Q:  How is it different from other Bible studies?
A:  BSC encourages self discovery through weekly lessons done at home; small group interaction as you work through the material together and large group instruction.  Periodic guest lectures, field trips, interactive worship experiences, and fellowship days are also part of the program.

Q: Who is it for?
A:  It is for women of all ages.  We have small groups set up for moms with young children along with the other small groups.  BSC even has a program for the children called "Little Connections"  for  Preschoolers  who are introduced to the same lesson as the moms each week.

Q:  What are you studying this year?
A:  We are studying Exodus and exploring how we meet the Christ of the New Testament through God's chosen children of the Old Testament.

Q:  I don't think the Old Testament is relevant. Why would I want to study that?
A:  You'll be surprised by how fascinated you are by the loving God of the Old Testament who created humans for relationship.  Learn how they (like us!)  constantly run from God and how He, in turn, keeps giving them chance after chance to be connected.  I don't know about you, but that's the story of my life, and the relationship I long for.

Q:  How do I sign up?
A:  You can sign up online, register with an envelope in any building at St. Andrew's, or call Carrin Mahmood for more information at 651-762-9119.
